How to order

Simply browse and add your products from the store to your cart. When you checkout, you will need to either log in or register an account. At checkout you will need to enter your delivery address, choose your delivery slot, confirm payment and you are done. You will then receive an SMS and email notification of your order. Leave the rest to us.


Do I need to be home to receive the delivery

To ensure you receive your products in as fresh a condition at possible, we advise you to be at home to receive your delivery. You will receive an order tracking SMS when our driver is on his way to you to help ensure you are at home when he arrives.


When do you deliver?

We have 2 delivery slots per day, 7 days a week. These slots are 8am12pm and 2pm6pm, except Friday where the we deliver 2pm6pm only.


How do you ensure my delivery is fresh and of the higherst quality?

We receive fresh deliveries daily from our farms and suppliers. These are checked on receipt and immediately put away in the correct storage conditions. And our delivery vehicles are all refridgerated, with every order being checked for quality and freshness before being sent out to you.


Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to selected communities in Abu Dhabi, but will be looking to expand our delivery locations quickly. These sommunities are: Mangrove Village Dhafeer Villas Hameem Villas Arabian Villas


Do you have a Minimum Order Value

Yes, you need to place a minimum order of AED100


Do you charge for delivery?

We have a small deivery charge of AED10.


How do I track my order?

You can check the overall status of your order in the My Account section of your account. When your order is on its way to you, you will receive an SMS where you can track the location of your order.


My orders have not arrived, what should I do?

If there is a delay in delivery your order, for example due to traffic, we will try and contact you in advance to let you know. However, if your order does not arrive for whatever reason, please contact us on 800 36632 and we will assist you.


What is the cutoff time for my delivery?

To receive an order between 8am and 12pm you will need to place your order by 3am at the latest. For 2pm 6pm, you will need to place your order by 11am.


What mode of payments do you accept?

We accept Credit Card payment online via our secure Credit Card Payment partner, and Cash on Delivery. For credit card orders, we only block the amount when you place your order. Your card is only charged once we have shipped your order, and this amount will be for the value we ship. So, for example, if you place an order for AED500 and we can only ship AED400, we will initial block AED500 but will only capture/settle AED400


I received an SMS from my bank when I placed my credit card order, does this mean you charge me when I place my order?

No, we only debit your credit card when your order is sent out for delivery. The SMS from your bank is a notification that the amount of your order has been blocked from your card. A little like car rentals and hotel bookings deposits. The actua deduction happens once we have picked and packed your order for delivery, so we know exactly what to charge you. So, if for any reason there is a difference in weight, or we cannot ship and item to you for some readon, we will only deduct the value of what we send you. This way, you do not need to worry about waiting for a refund, as we only charge you for what we send you.
