It has one counter, a small stove, a pot and pan rack we nabbed from a former apartment, a marginally obsessive spice rack and a grapefruit knife with actual grapefruits on the handle. My favorite things in it are a set of stainless steel measuring cups and spoons, the very first kitchen-related item I ever bought myself to cheer up a blah day, and a husband who picks at things as I chop them." My Nana's fast & easy Chili. 1 clove garlic chopped fine 1 lb ground beef or turkey 1 can tomato sauce 1 can of kidney beans 1/2 tsp parsley 1-2tbs Chili powder In pan heat garlic and 1tsp oil for a few min add meat and cook till no longer pink. Drain return to pan.Add sauce,beans,parsley and chili powder.Cook for 30 min Serve over white rice. You May add onions or green peppers if you like. Join discussion...
