My Nana's fast & easy Chili. 1 clove garlic chopped fine 1 lb ground beef or turkey 1 can tomato sauce 1 can of kidney beans 1/2 tsp parsley 1-2tbs Chili powder In pan heat garlic and 1tsp oil for a few min add meat and cook till no longer pink. Drain return to pan.Add sauce,beans,parsley and chili powder.Cook for 30 min Serve over white rice. You May add onions or green peppers if you like. Join discussion...
